Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned telecom professional with 10–15 years of experience in systems integration, test strategy, and requirement analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to drive successful project implementations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Contribute to implementation planning and technical infrastructure documentation for telecom systems.
- Apply Systems Integration (SI) delivery processes for smooth component and technology integration.
- Develop test strategies and cases; support execution to ensure system performance and quality.
- Analyze customer requirements to guide solution design.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complex problems using domain expertise.
- Assist in system and data migration with minimal service disruption.
- Mentor peers, share knowledge, and contribute to internal forums and documentation.
- Lead small projects and support process and quality improvements through specialist knowledge.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Strong knowledge of Systems Integration (SI) processes and telecom implementation practices.
- Experience with GPON domain and hands-on involvement in telecom projects.
- Ability to create and contribute to technical documentation, test strategies, and infrastructure plans.
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving technical issues effectively.
- Good understanding of requirement management, including capturing and analyzing customer needs.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with NOKIA FN products such as SDAN and Home WiFi.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployments in virtualized environments.
