Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Cleo Clarify and Cleo Harmony platforms, along with a sound understanding of ERP systems, including SAP. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and functionally knowledgeable, with experience in using integration tools and managing data flows between multiple business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy data integration flows using Cleo Clarify and Cleo Harmony.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional integration solutions.
• Build and maintain EDI/B2B integrations across multiple trading partners and internal systems.
• Work with ERP systems (preferably SAP) to facilitate seamless data exchange.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
• Leverage JIRA for task tracking, project management, and issue resolution.
• Conduct technical comparisons of tools and provide pros/cons analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to improve current processes and system functionality.
• Provide detailed documentation and maintain version control of integrations and mappings.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and Agile ceremonies if applicable.
• Ensure high data integrity, error handling, and compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Cleo Clarify and Cleo Harmony.
• Good functional understanding of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Ability to analyze and map data fields across different platforms.
• Experience with EDI, XML, X12, JSON, and other structured formats.
• Familiarity with JIRA, version control systems, and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of integration lifecycle, error handling, and system performance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
