Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Maintaining & supporting the Day-to-day operations of the Solutions, which is heavily reliant on Unix/Linux, windows & Citrix environments. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Unix/linux & windows technologies and providing system support, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Oracle Health customer’s applications hosted in Linux/Windows environments.
- Perform solutions builds and upgrades & Support Hardware migrations
- Collaborate with within team and other technical teams.
- Providing on-call support for a minimal service disruption
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2+ years of system experience in Windows & Linux server administration.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of Linux and Windows systems
- Proficient with task management utilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
