Job Description:
Administration / 2nd level support of transport management systems (CargoSoft and CargoWise One).
Creation of user documentation.
Trainer role in user training (including training on the job).
Recording and processing customer requirements.
Advising and training specialist departments in the use of CargoSoft, CargoWise One and Wice CRM.
Coordinate and test new software releases.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent.
With 3 years' experience in at least one specialized area of international ocean and air freight forwarding (ocean freight or air freight).
Very good knowledge of forwarding processes and practical experience in supply chain management.
Very good knowledge and understanding of common transport management systems such as CargoWise One.
Initial key user experience is desirable.
Analytical, independent and solution-oriented working style required.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
Very good communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and high service orientation.
