About the Role

We are looking for a System Administrator with hands-on experience in In-house or Salesforce or Sprinklr CRM to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce or Sprinklr CRM, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity.

• Experience in dealing with In-house self developed CRM is a major plus.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities, automation, and workflows.

• Implement security policies, manage user access, and monitor system performance.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into CRM solutions that drive efficiency.

• Stay up to date with industry best practices and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• 1-3 years of experience in system administration, preferably with Salesforce or Sprinklr CRM.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with a tenacious and problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to think critically and drive breakthrough solutions rather than relying on existing processes.

• Familiarity with CRM configurations, workflows, and automation tools.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, API integrations, or scripting is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Self-motivated with a passion for optimizing systems and driving efficiencies.
