Overview:

• Backend development work on our customer service platform to support multiple business functions.
• Strong hands-on database management design and scripting.
• Communicate well with different stakeholders on the business and technical requirements to develop a more robust Salesforce Service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand business/functional requirements and create corresponding IT technical solutions based on these needs.
• Responsible for Salesforce functionality development, configuration, testing, and continuous code optimisation.
• Responsible for developing Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Configure Salesforce using Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, Apex, and Apex Triggers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a computer-related field.
• Over 3 years of Salesforce development experience, Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Salesforce system configuration, including applications, objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, process builders, approval processes, custom labels, organization structures, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, single sign-on, password security policies, etc.
• Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
• Familiar with SQL, able to perform basic MySQL operations, table structure design, index design, and performance optimization.
• Familiar with using at least one scripting language (Go or Rust) on Heroku.
• Able to independently complete the preparation of design documents, technical documents, and interface documents written in English.
