Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Surveying Technician located in Rogers, MN. The Surveying Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting topographic surveys, land surveying, ALTA surveys, field work, and building surveying. The role involves both office-based tasks and on-site fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, and ALTA Surveys
• Experience in Field Work and Building Surveying
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to conduct fieldwork in various weather conditions
• Associate's degree in surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience is preferred but will train the right person
• Prior experience in surveying or engineering is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Compensation

• Travel Bonus-paid quarterly
