MWM DesignGroup is looking for a self-directed and proven Surveying Group Leader experienced with public sector projects. You'll have the opportunity to lead an established surveying practice (since 1980) in a multi-disciplined woman-owned/led (WBE) design firm, manage survey projects and teams, and engage with designers on public infrastructure and land development projects, while working with our team of civil engineers, architects, and landscape architects.

We offer variety in our surveying work. Recent and ongoing design projects include higher education, K-12, recreational, civic, transit, horizontal mixed-use and commercial.

Attributes for this position:

• 15+ years of surveying experience; Experience with Topographic and Boundary Surveys for public agencies and commercial development
• 5+ years of project management; Proficiency in project management, including preparation and negotiation of survey fee proposals and contracts
• 5+ years as a Survey Project Manager, Group Manager, Lead or Director
• Registration as a Professional Surveyor in Texas; RPLS
• Desire to work with others in a team-oriented culture
• Ability to communicate well with clients
