Summary
Responsibilities
Liaison with the respective project leaders of the systems to create and maintain knowledge base documents for the applications.
Ensure the latest versions are always accessible to the users.
Continually identify ways to improve support and decrease avoidable support tickets.
Identify improvements to applications, processes, and business logic to meet user needs and communicate with the team lead.
Read through the code and logs to reason and understand its intent.
Analyze configurations, applications, and system log files to determine the cause of the issues
Work independently with clients and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Perform data and log analysis to troubleshoot errors and user questions.
Work with the development/engineering team to analyze the data when necessary and promptly follow up with the user.
Track issues, bringing them to closure promptly.
Logically work through problems to determine their cause and how they can be resolved.
Give an accurate daily handover of all business-critical occurrences to peers in other locations across the globe.
Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and maintain continuous communication.
Maintain a positive, constructive, team-oriented attitude as well as sound judgment with all job responsibilities.
Requirements
Knowledge of Public API, RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Authentication and Authorization.
Experience In
File Transfer Methods.
SOAP || REST || Remote Procedure Calls || DNS.
Errors - API Call Failure || Error Codes.
Field - URL API Endpoints.
Incident Management - L1/L2
Triaging an incident and Prioritization.
