Summary

Responsibilities

  • Liaison with the respective project leaders of the systems to create and maintain knowledge base documents for the applications.
  • Ensure the latest versions are always accessible to the users.
  • Continually identify ways to improve support and decrease avoidable support tickets.
  • Identify improvements to applications, processes, and business logic to meet user needs and communicate with the team lead.
  • Read through the code and logs to reason and understand its intent.
  • Analyze configurations, applications, and system log files to determine the cause of the issues
  • Work independently with clients and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Perform data and log analysis to troubleshoot errors and user questions.
  • Work with the development/engineering team to analyze the data when necessary and promptly follow up with the user.
  • Track issues, bringing them to closure promptly.
  • Logically work through problems to determine their cause and how they can be resolved.
  • Give an accurate daily handover of all business-critical occurrences to peers in other locations across the globe.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and maintain continuous communication.
  • Maintain a positive, constructive, team-oriented attitude as well as sound judgment with all job responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Public API, RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Authentication and Authorization.

Experience In

  • File Transfer Methods.
  • SOAP || REST || Remote Procedure Calls || DNS.
  • Errors - API Call Failure || Error Codes.
  • Field - URL API Endpoints.
  • Incident Management - L1/L2
  • Triaging an incident and Prioritization.
