We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend solutions in cloud or on-premises environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Implement and optimize MongoDB database models and queries.
• Build scalable APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Ensure the application is highly performant, scalable, and secure.
• Participate in system design discussions and technical reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the wider Spring ecosystem (Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and related patterns (Service Discovery, Circuit Breaker, etc.).
• Expertise in MongoDB — schema design, performance tuning, aggregation pipelines.
• Solid experience in building RESTful APIs and working with JSON, HTTP, and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka is a plus.
• Good understanding of secure coding practices.
