Summary

Position: Supervisor, Operations Agent Job Description: The Supervisor, Operations Agent is responsible for overseeing client accounts and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes. This role involves managing a team, maintaining strong client relationships, and optimizing workflows to meet service and performance goals. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support a team handling operations and account management. * Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their operational needs. * Monitor and improve account performance metrics, ensuring service excellence. * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. * Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with business objectives. * Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. * Experience in account management, operations, or logistics. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements. * Proficiency in relevant software and reporting tools.
