Your role
As a Procurement Professional, you will be responsible for optimizing procurement processes. The main procurement categories within Plukon include: Personnel, Transport & logistics, IT & digitalization, Technical services & MRO, Capex & investment projects, Non-food indirects, such as facility management. Within these areas the focus will be on strategic procurement, system integration, and increasing efficiency across multiple locations and countries. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT, HR, Supply Chain and plant managers, to identify procurement needs and implement innovative solutions. Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive procurement initiatives across different departments, ensuring strong alignment with corporate objectives.
Operate within a multinational environment, applying best practices from corporate procurement structures while adapting to Plukon's flexible and dynamic nature.
Work closely with IT and business units to enhance system integration and data-driven procurement strategies.
Navigate a complex, cross-functional organization and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans at the plant level.
Challenge existing structures, drive innovation, and break down silos to enhance procurement effectiveness.
Leverage synergies through the integration of newly acquired companies, maximizing economies of scale and efficiency improvements.

You’re the right fit if
Qualifications:
A Master’s degree (WO) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Procurement, or a related field.
NEVI 2 certification is a plus.
Proven experience in procurement within an international ‘corporate’ environment.
A proactive and assertive approach to challenging conventional procurement processes.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with data analysis tools and processing market and pricing information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and process control.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
