Envera manufactures bacteria solutions for Lesaffre BUs and different market segments such as wastewater treatment, bioremediation, cleaning solutions and many other areas where bacteria can play a key role. These applications include bioremediation, consumer products, industrial and institutional sectors, wastewater treatment markets, and aquaculture. What you'll do as a Strategic Account Manager * Maintain and expand customer base; building and maintaining rapport with customers; cultivating new sales opportunities. * Maintain relationships with other Lesaffre business units, Envera distributors, and sales agents. * Achieve assigned strategic account objectives through strategic account plans and sales opportunity pipeline management. * Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner both internally and externally. * Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams. * Prepare monthly, quarterly annual sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. * Attend and/or make presentations at trade shows and regional meetings. To succeed you must hold: * 5+ years' business-to-business technical sales experience * Minimum of Bachelor's degree in the sciences or engineering, MBA preferred * Experience in solution sales of biological ingredients and systems, fermentation experience preferred but not required * Entrepreneurial spirit and drive needed to work autonomously within a growing company * Record of accomplishment of superior sales results and new customer acquisition * Able to travel up to 50% of the time and manage an assigned territory from a home office * Strong decision-making, planning, communication, feedback, and challenging sales capabilities Our Core Values: Passion, respect, trust, entrepreneurship, and humility Envera provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
