Build relationships that unlock value in the UK financial planning and investment services sector – and own the commercial results.
This is a high-impact, commercially accountable role. You’ll be the face of Dynamic Planner to key enterprise accounts in the financial planning and wealth manager sectors, as well as the asset management sector, acting as a trusted advisor, growth partner, and strategic operator.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience managing complex enterprise accounts with commercial or sales targets
- Understand SaaS, fintech, wealth/FS platforms; may have moved from consulting, pre-sales, or Client Success.
- Can hold your own in pricing, renewal, and value conversations
- Build relationships that last — across stakeholder levels and functions
- Understand business models, commercial drivers and regulatory requirements
- Think strategically, communicate clearly, and solve problems before they escalate

To support the growing demand for financial advice and the tech that underpins it, we’re now looking for a Strategic Account Manager to take ownership of our most valuable client relationships — helping them unlock maximum value from our tech.

What you’ll own:
Strategic Relationship Management
- Serve as the day-to-day contact and relationship lead for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Build trust across stakeholders — far beyond the original buyer — to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Lead planning sessions, QBRs and regular check-ins that focus on client outcomes and shared value.
- Deliver engaging, insightful material to support your recommendations and drive executive engagement.
Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy
- Own a personal expansion quota and contribute to growth targets across strategic accounts.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in close partnership with Sales, Product and Client Success.
- Build and execute detailed strategic account plans aligned to client business goals and growth levers.
- Understand how to align technology and the value it provides to regulatory drivers and commercial outcomes.
Solutioning & Insight Delivery
- Become an expert on each client’s operating model, challenges and goals.
- Translate platform capabilities into commercial value, positioning Dynamic Planner as critical infrastructure.
- Deliver proactive insights that drive adoption, engagement, and measurable results.
Internal Collaboration
- Be the voice of the client internally — influencing Product, Engineering, Marketing and Support.
- Contribute to successful rollouts and onboarding of new enterprise clients.
- Proactively flag risks and blockers, and manage resolutions with pace and empathy.
Forecasting & Commercial Support
- Track usage, renewal timelines, and customer health.
- Contribute to accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Support pricing, contract renewal and proposal development in collaboration with leadership.

- High retention and growth across assigned strategic accounts
- Meeting or exceeding your personal expansion quota
- Strong CSAT/NPS from enterprise clients
- Account plans executed on time, renewals completed with confidence
