Requirements

WHO ARE YOU?

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in software/SAAS or consumer services
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
  • A high level of desire to "get things done" with excellence
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to build strong relationships quickly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred


WHAT'S THE JOB?

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer support) to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Prepare and present strategic proposals and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on account health and growth progress

Compensation is an annual salary of $80,000 plus a direct performance-based bonus structure.
