the role carries a salary of £55K depending on Experience

You will lead a team of around 60 staff and a multi million turnover.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development.

As this is a key store for our client its essential that you have senior store management experience from a fashion retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations
