Need US Citizens

At least a Master's Degree in statistics, data science, computer science, or informatics

Two years of statistical programming skills using R and R shinny, and experience in creating R packages

Knowledge of Python and C++

Two plus years of experience with statistical analysis of large-scale research data and machine learning algorithms

The Candidate Shall Also Have Experience With The Following

Experience with medical ontologies and organizing/mapping Electronic Health Records

Experience with forming knowledge networks and complex analysis and visualization of EHR-based data.

Experience with the development of novel data models and phenotyping methods

Experience with grant-funded scientific research projects to support the visualization of clinical research findings

Medical Research Tool development
