Job Description

• Project management: Managing the entire lifecycle of IC projects, from product planning, RFI/RFQ engagement to mass production/RMA, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Technical coordination: Collaborating across analog, digital, physical design, and system application teams to ensure seamless integration and project execution.
• Risk management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks that could impact project success.
• Cross-functional leadership: Facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, internally and externally, to drive project success.
• A strong technical background in IC design and excellent leadership skills are essential for this role.
  

Salary range: $175,000 - $260,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications. Requirement

• Education: Bachelor/Master degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or engineering roles within the IC design or related industries.
• Technical skills: Knowledge of digital/analog IC design flow, standard/advanced packaging. Familiar with IC design flow and development procedures is essential.
• Leadership and communication: Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate between cross-functional teams and external customers.
