As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex programs and projects that drive business outcomes and support regional strategic objectives. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement process improvements. Does this sound exciting? In your new role you will: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Strategic Operations team, reporting to the Chief of Staff for the President of Infineon Americas. This role requires exceptional program management, analytical skills, relational skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty. * Analyze business problems and identify opportunities for process improvements, developing and implementing solutions that drive business value * Manage programs and projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve program objectives and resolve issues * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives * Support the Chief of Staff in facilitating effective decision-making and providing thought leadership as needed * Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering on key events and meetings, such as strategy reviews and leadership offsites * Track and manage priorities and projects, flagging risks and opportunities for improvement You are best equipped for this task if you have: * 4 year degree or equivalent experience. * 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights * Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty, adapting to changing priorities and requirements. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand organizational objectives and develop solutions that drive business value Nice to Have: * Experience working in a similar role in Strategic Operations or as a management consultant #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization. Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: Minimum of $137,680 salary per year Maximum of $189,310 salary per year In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. #LI-EL1
