Video advertising is a complex, multi-sided market with many technologies at play within the industry. Digital video is rapidly growing and evolving as viewers are shifting from traditional TV viewing to OTT. In addition, publishers are increasingly adding video content to their online experiences. Amazon's video program is a rising competitor in this industry. Amazon's service has differentiated assets in our customer and audience insights, exclusive video content, exclusive audio content, and associated inventory on our streaming services (IMDb TV, Twitch, Prime Video, Amazon Music, etc.) and devices (Fire TV, Echo, Fire Tablet), which all position us well as an end-to-end service for advertisers and agencies. As our business grows, we are continually experimenting with a portfolio of emerging ideas and technology as well as global expansion.
Our team is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to help us manage our rapid growth growth and achieve our lofty objectives for the Twitch business. As the Sr. Technical Account Manager, you will support campaign delivery for some of our largest advertiser customers and run programs to understand supply optimization and monetization. You will have the opportunity to join Amazon's fast-growing video advertising business and be responsible for technical and operational implementations to maintain a high bar for customers. A successful candidate will be customer obsessed, show technical aptitude for solving challenging problems, and persist in the face of ambiguity to drive timely issue resolution and incident response.
Key job responsibilities
* Drive advertiser success through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of campaign delivery issues
* Execute and improve on Standard Operating Procedures for delivery incident response
* Partner with sales to share proposals to advertisers on how to maximize video advertising performance
* Develop expert understanding of product functionality, and train customers and internal stakeholders

The Video Ads Demand & Monetization team's mandate is to build and launch the world's most compelling video advertising experience. We are responsible for defining and delivering a collection of demand products that enable advertisers to buy video media across an expanding and fragmented network of publishers and devices. With a broad mandate to experiment and innovate, we are growing at an unprecedented rate with a seemingly endless range of new opportunities. As our business grows, we are launching new video capabilities, inventory supply, and measurement technologies, which span multiple teams with Amazon.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
* Experience with annual brand and media planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
