Mission:

You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Marketing, Brand and Design to conceptualize original design ideas. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications, ensuring great user experience.

Top Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize the Shopify store, ensuring seamless performance and UX
• Develop custom features beyond native Shopify capabilities using Liquid and other relevant tools
• Enhance and expand membership functionality within the platform
• Improve site speed and implement SEO best practices
• Headless integration
• Develop apps within Shopify
• Custom integrations
• Communicate with different teams and team members to understand requirements and recommend improvements

Technical skills requirements

• +5 years of shopify developer
• Proven experience as a full-stack Shopify Developer with strong front-end and back-end skills
• Advanced knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs
• Ability to work independently, propose solutions, and think critically about UX/UI
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal tech leads

Optional requirements

• Experience creating or managing your own Shopify store or app
• Interest in eventually contributing to or managing the launch of additional Shopify stores
• Familiarity with app development or mobile-first Shopify experiences
• Experience with NextJS & NodeJS
