Job Summary


We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our digital sales channels. This role will own the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including site performance, email marketing, and paid digital advertising, with the goal of driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and expanding brand reach. The ideal candidate combines analytical acumen with creative thinking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


E-Commerce Strategy & Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
  • Optimize site layout, product pages, navigation, and checkout flow to drive conversions and reduce friction.
  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics; interpret data to inform site enhancements and improve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and IT teams to maintain platform stability and implement UX improvements.
  • Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure accurate stock levels and product availability.


Email Marketing Management

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, product launches, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Track email KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion rate), using insights to refine content and frequency strategies.


Paid Digital Advertising

  • Lead strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Allocate and optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI and new customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad content tailored to audience segments.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with brand and content marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent digital presence.
  • Align with merchandising and sales teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with customer service to proactively resolve site-related issues and enhance overall satisfaction.


Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Define and track key performance indicators for e-commerce sales, email campaigns, and advertising.
  • Create and present regular reports to senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and ad platform dashboards to evaluate effectiveness and drive data-informed decisions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms, and CMS tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot; plus expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong data analysis skills with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for delivering high-impact digital experiences.


Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong grasp of consumer behavior and conversion optimization in e-commerce.
