We’re looking for a React Native Developer to join our core team.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and maintain our mobile app using React Native and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product, and design to ship user-first features
• Create and maintain a scalable design system and reusable component library
• Own core mobile features end-to-end: rent splitting, wage access, onboarding, KYC
• Implement mobile security best practices: secure storage, session handling, root detection
• Optimize app performance, animations, network requests, and offline support
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for mobile development, OTA updates (CodePush), and observability
• Influence product direction

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building mobile apps, with 3+ years using React Native
• Shipped at least one high-traffic mobile app from zero to launch
• Deep understanding of React Native architecture, TypeScript, and modern state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
• Experience with secure mobile development, OTA updates, error/crash reporting
• Strong eye for design and UX, and ability to collaborate closely with product/design
• Startup-ready: adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward action

Bonus Points for: 

• Experience integrating with fintech APIs (Plaid, KYC providers, payment gateways)
• Familiarity with Java/Spring backend environments and RESTful APIs
• Experience working in an early-stage startup or as part of a founding team
• You care deeply about user experience and turning feedback into delightful products
