Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Project Manager located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project planning and execution. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, expediting materials, conducting inspections, handling logistics management, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Expediting skills
• Proficient in Inspection and Expeditor roles
• Experience in Logistics Management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in mechanical contracting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
