We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of complex programs within our organization, specifically a variety of software implementation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring that all program objectives are met on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects or programs geared towards any kind of major software implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met.
• Monitor program performance and track key metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program delivery.
• Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively.

• Resolve conflicts and address challenges to maintain program momentum.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have experience managing a large-scale software implementation program.
• Experience working with implementation partners ensuring schedules are aligned and delays are mitigated.
