How you'll make an impact
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into Gallagher's systems.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for each client implementation.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
* Facilitate regular meetings and updates with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
* Work closely with internal teams, including sales, account management, IT, and operations, to ensure all aspects of the implementation are executed effectively.
* Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support client needs.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to client teams and stakeholders.
* Assist clients with the technical setup and configuration of systems and tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each client implementation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
* Ensure all client requirements and specifications are accurately documented and communicated to relevant teams.
* Serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.
* Provide training and support to clients on Gallagher's systems and processes to ensure they are fully equipped to manage their benefits programs.
* Ensure a seamless transition from implementation to support teams for ongoing client management.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in the implementation process.
* Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
* Attend weekly meetings with data vendors to discuss the status of implementations.
About You
Competencies, Expertise and Business Acumen
* Strong understanding of data platforms and the application of health plan data within these platforms.
* Ability to articulate the value of data platforms and communicate the cost, requirements, and process of implementing a data warehouse platform to internal team members.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, responding clearly and timely to all requests from all parties.
* Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in project management and the ability to complete projects within established timelines and specifications while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Ability to work independently and not rely on other team members for direction.
* Self-starter with superb research skills and a mindset of curiosity to investigate issues and potential resolutions.
* Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Customer Service and Business Strategy
* Build knowledge of Gallagher tools, systems, and shared resources.
* Consistently follow client service workflows to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy of execution.
* Willing to go the "Extra Mile" to achieve results that benefit the client, the Branch, and Gallagher.
* Accountable for managing client team, payor, and data warehouse vendor relationships by serving as a strategic liaison, as needed.
* Adapt quickly to a variety of circumstances and change approach when necessary.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business-related field, and 3+ years of health plan financial, data mining or reporting experience.
* 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or related role.
* Data Science and Analytics background preferred, but not required;
* Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; working knowledge of PowerBI and/or SQL is a plus;
* A quick study with interest in learning new skills, tools and data platforms.
