As a Senior Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption across your network.

You will report directly to our Director of Materials Management, and you will work out of our Tempe, AZ location. In this role,

You will impact the success of our business by ensuring the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labor and machine resources while achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites
  • Ensure finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans
  • Optimize labor and machine resources to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and working capital goals

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong project management experience

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, or Manufacturing
  • Expertise in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems
  • APICS or CPIM Certification
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
