工作职责:
Responsible for end-to-end procurement activities of all direct raw material spend of Greater China (including chemicals, packaging and contract manufacturing).
Identifies, develops, and implements global and regional sourcing strategies to reduce total delivered cost, mitigate headwinds, and improve security of supply.
Lead the Greater China market Direct Material procurement team to deliver required financial results and responsible for related stakeholder management, procurement process improvement and compliance.
Full collaboration with global and regional chemical category team, then participates in global and cross-markets calls with procurement resources around the world to communicate global strategy, ensure regional implementation and local execution.
Effectively communicates strategies, results, and metrics to leadership teams as required.
Develops contract strategies and effectively negotiates key commercial and supply positions for to the benefit of Ecolab business requirements and goals.
Stays abreast of industry trends for assigned categories. Provides guidance and recommendations to business units to support margin and top line growth.
Effectively implements strategic supplier strategies and initiatives to achieve maximum value at both a regional and global level.
Develops, aligns, and drives strategic projects to improve procurement processes, tools, and efficiencies.
Implements purchasing infrastructure in conjunction within Procurement and also other functions to assure availability at required quality & costs levels.
Leads cross functional teams to ensure strong performance and build high performing teams.
Evaluate and develop team members’ performance with proper succession plan
Interviews, identifies, and recommends strong talent for the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related field.
More than 10 years of experience in procurement, or supply chain related functions
More than 3 years of experience in team management roles
Experience in the chemical/petrochemicals industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, Business, Finance, or related field.
Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills.
Demonstrated competitive drive and strong orientation for results and achievement.
Demonstrated skills in clear communication and presentation.
Demonstrated professionalism and strong presence in interactions with others.
