Note:

Working knowledge of monitoring Network infrastructure

Experience working with SNMP data collection.

Experience analyzing Network Flow data

Able to analyze Network traffic

Two rounds of interviews


Qualifications:

Requirements

· 5 or more years of experience administering network monitoring tools within a comprehensive enterprise environment.

· Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, BGP, etc.),

· Experience working with SNMP data collection and troubleshooting, SNMP trap collection and troubleshooting,

NetFlow collection and troubleshooting, configuring alerts, and creating dashboards in network performance and management tools.

· Experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu)

· Working experience with ServiceNow and Event Management solutions.

· Constantly working to improve and implement automation of technical tasks.



WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

· Experience with Broadcom/CA Spectrum, Broadcom/CA Performance Management and Broadcom/CA Network Flow Analysis.

· Experience with Riverbed NetIM and Riverbed NetProfiler.

· Experience with IBM SevOne NPM.

· REST API Scripting experience.



Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certification.

· ITIL certification.

· Experience in the airline industry and technologies.

· Knowledge of Agile methodologies and lifecycle



Responsibilities:

  • Solid understanding of working in a global comprehensive enterprise WAN/LAN networking environment.
  • Migration of network monitoring telemetry to a new solution, including maintaining current capabilities and expanding on new capabilities.
  • Configuring data collection and monitoring of Network devices in central and remote facilities inclusive of corporate headquarters, Datacenters and Colos, international call centers, airport locations, and regional offices.
  • Monitoring tool administration including device discovery and management, product installations, maintenance releases, upgrades, security updates, and changes to telemetry systems with minimal impact to operations.
  • Create and maintain technical support documentation and diagrams of the respective network monitoring tool infrastructure.
  • Work on multiple technical projects, as assigned.
  • Keep abreast of industry and network technology trends.
  • Complete internal learning requirements.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
