Job Title: Sr. Network Engineer Job Location: 2250 Maple Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90011-1190 Job Duties: • Manage and lead the installation and configuration of new network and security hardware/software;• Plan, coordinate, oversee, implement, troubleshoot, and administer complex network administration and projects involving research, installation, configuration, and maintenance of all network hardware and software (VMWare, Storage Area Network, LAN, and WAN environments);• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques across all network layers;• Manage and negotiate contracts for Data Center;• Research on infrastructure and new networking technologies to enhance network stability and effectiveness;• Develop and implement IP addressing schemes and network designs tailored for multi-campus and data center environments;• Ensure efficient IP address allocation, subnetting, and network segmentation;• Design, configure, and manage dynamic routing protocols; Implement and maintain Layer 2 features for network optimization;• Configure and manage server load-balancing systems, including A10 for traffic distribution and high availability;• Work with Cisco Catalyst switches, Dell EMC products, and Aruba wireless networking solutions to maintain and improve network infrastructure;• Design and implement secure site-to-site IPsec VPN solutions using Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls; and• Develop and manage comprehensive connectivity solutions for data centers, including IP design, NAT schemes, and routing strategies. Job Requirements: Job requires a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information System, Computer Science, or closely related; and 2 years of experience in the job offered, Sr. Network and Service Solution Engineer, or closely related. Special Skills: Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Required expertise/knowledge includes: Experience in managing and supporting network architecture and high availability systems across multi-campus and date center settings; Experience with OSPF, BGP routing protocols, VLANs, MSTP, PVT+, LLDP, A10, Cisco Catalyst, Dell EMC products, and Aruba wireless network; Experience with designing and implementing site-to-site IPsec VPN solutions from both Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls; Experience providing connectivity to systems from one data center to another, involving IP design, NAT scheme, routing scheme, and overall architecture; and Strong network troubleshooting skills from layer 1-7.
