A Day in the Life
We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Systems expert to join our Structural Heart (SH) Global Marketing Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and measuring our communications strategies, ensuring effective communication across various platforms and channels
This role requires a deep understanding of communication systems and the ability influence and execute strategies that enhance our digital presence and end user engagement. The candidate must be creative, detail-oriented and capable of effectively communicating with all levels of the organization to ensure that our internal teams are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with SH Marketing priorities. Strong cross-functional collaboration within our marketing team will be required for success.

A Day in the Life:
- Manage and optimize communication systems, including but not limited to Eloqua, LMS, Salesforce, Sharepoint and Allego.
- Collaborate with various departments and leadership to gather information and ensure consistent, prioritized messaging across the organization.
- Produce and execute engaging and informative content including emails, newsletters, text messages, and presentations to communicate key messages to internal teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication channels and strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide continuous support and process training to cross functional team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and represent SH Marketing Operations on project teams as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with our functional marketing groups including Product, Patient & Cardiology, Professional Relations and Medical Education.
- Ensure understanding of all quality policies and systems applicable to this role. Follow required procedures to ensure compliance to promotional labeling requirements.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree
4 years of marketing or communcations experience or 2 years, with an advanced degree.
Nice to have:
- Proven experience in managing communication systems and executing communication strategies.
- Knowledge of communication systems standard to our industry.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate with individuals at varying levels in the organization.
- Strong organization skills, detail oriented.
- Self-managed and collaborative work style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and to execute and coordinate projects efficiently and effectively.
- Experience in the medical industry.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$86,400.00 - $129,600.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
