Summary

Your role Develop, manage, and optimize a portfolio of integrated partner-driven solutions based on PlatformDIGITAL and Pervasive Datacenter Architecture (PDx) featuring a partner's product or service. This function will help align jointly Integrated PDX Solution with the company's and partner's business goals, customer needs, and market demands. This involves fostering strong relationships with key partners, driving joint solution development, and ensuring that the partner solutions are competitive, profitable, and deliver value to both the company and its customers. What you'll do * Lead strategic partner relationships, ensuring alignment between partner offerings and business objectives. * Serve as the primary point of contact for partner solution discussions, providing insights and guidance to both internal teams and partners. * Work closely with partner sales teams to drive joint business opportunities and solution offerings. * Oversee the entire partner solution portfolio lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and monitor ongoing performance. * Develop and execute a partner solution strategy aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs. * Collaborate with partner organization product, engineering, and marketing teams to create integrated solution offerings, packaging, and pricing strategies. * Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to identify new partner solution opportunities. * Ensure partner solutions are designed to deliver exceptional value to customers while remaining competitive in the market. * Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform portfolio strategy. * Provide training and enablement resources to partner teams to ensure they are fully equipped to sell and support partner solutions. * Monitor performance metrics for the partner portfolio, ensuring that goals related to sales, market adoption, and partner satisfaction are met. * Track and report on the financial performance of partner solutions, ensuring profitability and market share growth. * Anticipate and address challenges within the partner portfolio, identifying solutions to resolve any barriers to success. * Manage the integrated partner solutions library ensuring content is up to date and that we have a current roadmap and lifecycle plan for the library. This will involve frequent collaboration with key stakeholders across Digital Realty Expected travel is < 30% and the role has the option to be remote What you'll need * Knowledge of various partnership structures (e.g., channel partners, OEM partners, strategic alliances) and how to leverage each for business success. * Proficiency in IT industry model, cloud capabilities, including public, private, and hybrid environments * Familiarity with network service provider and cloud service provider products and their consumption * Working knowledge of the multitenant datacenter marketplace and ecosystems * Ability to work with technical teams to understand and design partner solutions that can be customized to meet market and customer needs * Knowledge of joint business development, co-selling strategies, and how to align partner goals with company objectives. * Exceptional written and oral communication skills and a background in technical solutions * Strong competency in analyzing market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends to anticipate opportunities and threats within the partner ecosystem. * Ability to create and communicate clear value propositions that resonate with both customers and partners. * Comfortable with being handed ambiguity and tasked with making it less complex and better understood * Over 10 years of experience in datacenter, network, applications, and data technology * Experience in partner management, product management, or business development in the technology industry. * Experience in solution-based selling and strategic solution development. * Expertise in IT Services, with a profound understanding of data and applications, networking, and cloud architectures * Customer-focused with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. * A passion for understanding digital transformation and industry trends; making it easier for others to understand the implications * An entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a strong work ethic. * A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
