Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B product development, such as microservices, API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Jira, GitHub, Salesforce, Sitecore).
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful software products.

Management Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of product, development and support departments.
• Responsible for ensuring technology aligns with ISO standards.
• Lead and set standards in coordination with the Finance office on budget capitalization and HMRC Research & Development tax credit policies.
• Hire, train, lead, mentor and motivate teams of product and development engineers, ensuring high standards of development, quality, and performance.
• Effective partner management to ensure that responsibilities encompass strategic alignment, relationship cultivation, and ensuring partner success, all while leveraging technology for mutual benefit and business growth.
• Manage and allocate product and technology budgets and resources effectively.

Solutions Architect Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate with a customer and thoroughly understand the business requirements, challenges, and goals of that customer to guide the design and implementation of solutions.
• Requires strong technical skills to assess existing systems, evaluate technologies, and design solutions that meet the specific requirements.
• Be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Based on requirements, the ability to develop the overall technical vision and design for the solution, including architecture, components, and implementation strategies.
• Must be able to supervise the implementation of the solution, providing ongoing support, and ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.
• Ability to work with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize performance.

• Product Responsibilities:

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to refine product strategy.
• Develop and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization that is aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to define product requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customers, to translate business needs into product features.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating effectively.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Hire, train, lead, mentor, and motivate product managers and related roles.

• Development Responsibilities:

• Must be a Champion of Agile methodologies and practices within the organization, ensuring that they are adopted and used effectively.
• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, systems, and operations to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
• Identify and explore emerging technologies and lead research and development efforts to drive innovation.
• Measure development performance according to output by ensuring data is collected, stored, and analyzed effectively to inform decision-making.
• Communicate technical information and concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges effectively.
• Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effectiveness of the company's quality assurance (QA) processes, encompassing everything from developing and implementing QA programs, to monitoring their performance, and ensuring that technology solutions meet standards and customer expectations.
• Must be able to lead the DevOps technology strategy, fostering a culture of automation, and ensuring the team is well-equipped for continuous delivery and improvement.
