Sr. Manager, Compensation
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Quincy, MA)

Our client, a publicly traded company in Quincy, MA, is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Compensation to run their compensation program as well as HR analytics, and partner with the broader HR team. This role is both hands-on and strategic, and they're seeking a candidate who is excited about the blend of both types of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the annual merit, bonus, and equity process
  • Perform competitive market pay research, analysis, and job classifications
  • Manage compensation surveys, as well as equity and short incentive programs
  • Provide compensation guidance to internal managers as well as the HR team
  • Develop meaningful HR analytics to enhance the company's talent strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience managing compensation programs
  • Experience managing compensation for a publicly traded company
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Excel
