Sr. HR Coordinator / HR Generalist

Location: 100% Onsite – Essex County, MA

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000k + depending on experience

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

This is a great opportunity for someone with 3–5+ years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles.

What You’ll Do

• Manage HRIS data entry and employee recordkeeping
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes
• Administer benefits and assist employees with questions and enrollments
• Serve as payroll backup and help ensure accurate processing
• Prepare and maintain various HR reports and analytics
• Assist in standardizing and streamlining HR workflows and documentation
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in HR (admin or generalist capacity)
• Strong working knowledge of UKG (must-have)
