Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic global team. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing modern, scalable, and modular front-end solutions. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to craft seamless and high-performing user experiences.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond coding you will guide front-end architecture, champion best practices, and ensure code quality across the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of intuitive, responsive, and accessible front-end interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Back-End Engineers to bring Figma-based UI/UX designs to life while ensuring performance and usability standards.
• Translate business requirements and design prototypes into high-quality code, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation across devices and browsers.
• Establish front-end development standards, enforce best practices, and proactively refactor and optimize existing codebases for scalability and maintainability.
• Drive architectural improvements, UI consistency, and component reusability across projects.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a strong culture of technical excellence.
• Stay ahead of front-end technology trends and evaluate emerging tools and frameworks for integration.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies using tools such as Jira and Azure Boards for project tracking and collaboration.
  
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Advanced proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working with SAAS or Less for scalable and maintainable styling.
• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as ng-bootstrap, Material UI, or similar component libraries.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working alongside back-end developers.
• Familiar with AJAX, DOM manipulation, and jQuery plugin customization.
• Familiarity with Figma and other design collaboration tools.
• Strong with Git and Jira; Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-driven with a collaborative mindset and leadership capability.
  
  
  

Additional Skills

• Experience with state management libraries: Redux, Context API, Recoil, or Zustand
• Integration with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Familiarity with NPM, Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp
• Understanding of front-end build tools like Webpack, Vite, and Babel
• Exposure to other modern frameworks such as React and styling systems like Tailwind CSS
• Experience with front-end testing tools and performance profiling
• Knowledge of micro-frontends or modular architecture
