About Position:
The Sr. Director, Sales will drive product engineering services within the CCaaS-UCaaS industry under the "CX-Contact Center Intelligence" BU.The role requires 15+ years of experience, including 7+ years in selling professional engineering services and IP-led solutions, with a focus on communication technologies like CCaaS, UCaaS, and CPaaS. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and building relationships with key customers and partners. This new headcount position reports to the VP of Sales and is ideally based in the Bay Area, though other EST locations are considered.

What You'll Do:
- The Sr. Director, Sales will drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies within the CCaaS-UCaaS industry.
- This includes identifying target accounts, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong customer and partner relationships.
- They will focus on a leveraging experience in selling engineering services and communication technologies like CCaaS, UCaaS, and CPaaS to close large deals and promote the company's solutions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Drive product engineering services business within CCaaS-UCaaS industry under “CX-Contact Center Intelligence” BU.
- Must have experience in selling product engineering services in ISV-HiTech sector.
- Must have experience in communication technologies CCaaS-UCaaS-CPaaS
- 15+ years of career with 7+ years of experience selling professional engineering services and IP lead solutions.
- Experience in large deals creation and closure is required.
- Develop and implement sales strategies: This includes identifying target accounts, developing account plan, and creating sales tactics to promote the company's solutions or services.
- Manage the sales pipeline: Ensuring a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
