Sr. Cloud Security Engineer/Analyst

Base Comp: $140,000 - $180,000 + 10% bonus + strong benefits

Location: Hybrid, 3-days in-office - Dallas, TX OR Greater Philadelphia, PA OR Charlotte, NC

They are seeking a hybrid cloud security engineer & analyst to join the team, focusing on identifying and managing vulnerabilities in the company's cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Use cloud security tools (CNAPP/CWPP/CSPM) to monitor and assess vulnerabilities in the company's cloud assets.
• Collaborate with SOC, Cyber Threat Intel, Offensive Security Team, and other stakeholders to prioritize, validate, and mitigate vulnerabilities, and provide timely reporting.
• Implement cloud security controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Investigate false positives and manage risk adjustments
• Develop remediation SLAs and enforcement controls.
• Respond to zero-day events and manage escalations.

Skills:

• 5+ years in cloud security engineering, vulnerability management, or general cloud cybersecurity.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP security.
• Understanding of information security and vulnerability analysis.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Preferred experience with Aqua, Palo Alto Prisma, Wiz, CrowdStrike, Tenable Nessus, Qualys, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with risk controls and audit interactions.
