This domain covers various responsibilities, from IT logistics, virtualization, storage, containers, and integration technologies to data center management. Enterprise Camera Engineering: * Support the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise camera systems across airport airports, operational areas, and office environments. * Configure and maintain Milestone XProtect or similar video management systems (VMS) to ensure reliable, 24/7 video surveillance and retention compliance. * Perform root cause analysis and resolution of video outages or degraded performance, minimizing operational impact. * Partner with Physical Security, Corporate Real Estate, and Infrastructure teams to align coverage, placement of cameras * Manage camera firmware, upgrades, RMA processes, and device inventory across a diverse fleet of IP-based devices. * Conduct site assessments, design camera layouts, and optimize network configurations. * Ensure compliance with security standards such as TSA, and PCI for cameras placement and video retention. All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience * Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training * 3+ years experience in support and delivery of mission critical platforms Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience * Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training * Airline Industry experience Skills, Licenses & Certification * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues. * Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
