What You'll Do

  • Provide second-level support for IT issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents in a timely manner, escalating issues to senior engineers when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor security measures to protect IT systems and data.
  • Work closely with other IT team members to support project requirements and deliverables.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 1+ years experience in support and delivery of mission critical platforms

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • Airline Industry experience

Skills, Licenses & Certification

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
