【Responsibility】
• Conduct quantitative research in marketplace strategy to understand and identify opportunities in optimization
• Develop statistical, optimization and ML models for strategy analysis
• Facilitate quantitative analysis to support regional operation
• Present findings to senior management to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines to drive system development end-to-end from idea to production
【Qualification】
• Master's degree (highly preferred) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar disciplines
• 1 - 3 year's experiences working in data science or business analytics related field
• GPA - 3.5 or higher is preferred
• Strong proficiency in query language (e.g. SQL) and programming skills (e.g. Python, R)
• Knowledge in Machine Learning, Causal Inference and Optimization Methodology is a plus
• Strong presentation skills in Mandarin and English
