Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - CRM Specialist to join our team, bringing expertise in customer relationship management systems to drive and support our sales and marketing strategies. This role is integral to optimizing our business operations across the APAC region, enhancing customer engagement, and boosting salesforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Implementation and Management:
    • Implement and manage SAP CRM and Salesforce solutions to streamline business processes and improve customer interactions.
    • Provide APAC coverage and support, understanding regional market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide user training to ensure seamless adoption of CRM systems across teams.
    • Sales Onboarding Management & TTT Program Development
  • Sales and Marketing Support:
    • Assist sales and marketing teams by providing data insights to inform strategies.
    • Develop targeted marketing campaigns based on customer data analysis.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of the CRM system.
    • Recommend and implement system improvements based on user feedback and technological advancements.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
    • Address technical issues and provide solutions to ensure minimal disruption to users.
    • Liaise with IT and software vendors for system updates and technical support.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
    • Leverage data insights to optimize business models, determining effective sales team sizing, deployment, and target setting to enhance productivity.
    • Collaborate closely with sales teams to maximize product ROI through efficient CRM and customer engagement strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM technologies to continually enhance system functionality and performance.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with CRM systems implementation, preferably SAP CRM, Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in sales onboarding and user training.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve customer engagement and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Previous experience in a sales operations or support role.
  • Consumer markets or E-commerce exposure, especially within the APAC region
