Basic Qualifications:

• This position requires at least 3-5 years of relevant experience with relational database development coupled with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience creating stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to facilitate efficient data manipulation, integration, and consistency.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of business logic in database architecture.
• Ability to understand clients’ business goals, leading to the development of a data strategy to support a successful implementation.
• Ability to think strategically and relate architectural decisions/recommendations to business needs and client culture.
• Familiarity with all phases of data modeling, from conceptualization to database optimization.
• Ability to coordinate all efforts that affect data, with a focus on improving the consistency, timeliness, quality, security, and delivery of data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills accompanied by strong listening skills.
• A collaborative and team-building attitude.
• Must be open to a hybrid work schedule. Ideally with weekly on-site workdays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in designing and implementing effective data models for complex domains, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and optimal performance.
• Works effectively in a cross-functional team with customers to ensure timely delivery of software solutions within budget.
• Experience in an Agile software development environment.
• Strong logical, analytical, and follow-up skills; must be proactive and take initiative.
