Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sponsorship Sales Manager. The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for selling sponsorship packages for our conferences, generating new business opportunities, and managing existing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires someone proactive in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to drive sales and revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sponsorship Sales and Sales
  • Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
  • Prior experience in the events or conference industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
