Key Responsibilities
· Identify and target potential delegates through research, lead generation and build relationship.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve delegate acquisition/sales goals.
· Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote event attendance.
· Provide detailed information about event agendas, speakers, and benefits to prospective delegates.
· Collaborate with the marketing and event production teams to ensure seamless delegates’ experience.
· Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements
· Strong English communication skills are mandatory with interpersonal skills, with the ability to make outbound calls to C-Suite Executives.
· Minimum 6 months to 2 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in event management or B2B sector.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
