Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customer solutions, ensuring successful deployment for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Define and document solution designs, user stories, and requirements, encompassing configuration, custom development, and data migration.
• Collaborate with Solution Data Architects and Project Managers to outline project scopes and deliverables.
• Advise customers on best practices in business transformation and process optimization during Micronetbd implementations.
• Configure objects, layouts, and workflows in Micronetbd's platform utilizing Salesforce admin functions.
• Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and stay updated on Salesforce and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience, ideally within manufacturing or tech industries.
• Experience in SaaS, consumer goods, food & beverage, packaging, or supply chain sectors.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.
