Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and refining acquisition strategies to align with company objectives. Perform market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and understand trends. Oversee project timelines and liaise with project managers and contractors to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct financial modeling and analysis for potential acquisitions to evaluate investment viability. Lead due diligence efforts, including reviewing legal and financial documents and conducting property inspections. Prepare investment proposals, term sheets, and purchase agreements. Support negotiations of purchase agreements and assist in resolving issues during deal-making. Update stakeholders on project statuses and investment opportunities; prepare presentations for management and external partners. Manage special projects as assigned by the President, focusing on strategic planning and process improvements. Ensure all practices comply with industry regulations and maintain high ethical standards. Compensation: This position has a base salary and commission and bonus is also offered.
