Job Description
The Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) is seeking a strategic and collaborative Special Projects Coordinator to lead initiatives that drive school improvement and student success through the GRAD Partnership and Early College. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker and relationship-builder to make a lasting impact on student success and educational equity across Indiana. In this role, the Special Projects Coordinator will guide the implementation of transformative programs, drive collaboration across school communities, and champion innovative practices that support high school students in achieving college and career readiness. A critical component of this role involves recruiting and engaging schools and stakeholders to expand the reach and effectiveness of the GRAD Partnership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the GRAD Partnership initiative, collaborating closely with the Early College Director and external stakeholders.
- Recruit and engage interested schools to participate in program initiatives through targeted outreach, presentations, and relationship-building efforts.
- Develop and coordinate schedules and events related to the Early College and GRAD Partnership initiatives.
- Manage communications for meetings, including agenda preparation, partner coordination, and follow-up on action items.
- Support data collection efforts and compile reports assessing school-level progress and program impact.
- Represent the organization in external engagements, amplifying CELL's initiatives through speaking engagements and communication platforms.
- Create communication materials such as newsletters, updates, and presentations.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
- Indiana teaching or administrative license preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a secondary school environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- Demonstrated capacity to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
