Summary

K ey Tasks R esponsible for achieving the quarterly/yearly targets assigned by the company P lay an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients A bility to convert sales leads into opportunities and successfully close deals G enerate new business leads through networking and cold calling D etermine customer needs through requirements assessment and mapping customer requirements to our solution set and development capabilities S uggest & negotiate costs for relevant products and services A chieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) E ngage with relevant team members to assess opportunities and technically present solutions M aintain healthy relationship with customers and prospects S tay informed, build trust and focus on the right people and companies D esired Skills C ustomer focused G ood understanding of technical sales process A bility to present products clearly and determine best fit for client T echnical understanding of Web and Mobile solutions E xcellent verbal and written communication skills D emonstrated fearless cold calling, prospecting, and closing of a sale S hould be able to manage the company’s marketing strategies both from a business sales and technical perspective A bility to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills E xperience in complete solution sales, preferred O pen to travel with the EMEA region M andatory Experience P ossess a very broad and deep level of knowledge and understanding of selling Web and Mobile technology solutions D emonstrate ability to effectively position and convey the merits of our software solutions to customers and prospects B e self-motivated and comfortable in a position that grants autonomy A chieve success with little management or guidance H ave outstanding speaking and writing skills B e able to translate technical advantages into business benefits E ndeavour to grow company’s sales and marketing capability by mentoring and growing sales team Q ualifications M inimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business field A
