Job Summary:

The role will be responsible to lead the development and implementation of innovative logistics solutions for our clients in the GCC and Levant regions. The incumbent will possess a deep understanding of the E2E logistics industry, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement End to End value propositions for new and existing logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to ensure seamless development and implementation of new solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Internally and externally.
• Work with the commercial team to Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target markets.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
• Assist sales to negotiate contracts and manage customer relationships.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points within the GCC and Levant logistics landscape.
• Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor the performance of existing solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product development roadmaps.
• Conduct market testing and pilot programs for new solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on building supply chain solutions, product management, or consulting.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative logistics solutions.
• Strong understanding of the GCC and Levant logistics markets, including key players, regulations, and challenges.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to 1 effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
